My name is Dan McDonald, and I'm the CEO at Peak Home Inspections LLC. I am a NACHI-certified professional inspector. I founded this company with a simple goal: to provide honest, high-quality home inspections based on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to helping people make informed decisions regarding their homes.

At Peak, we go beyond just checking boxes. I'm a teacher and coach at Kents Hill School in Readfield, ME, where I currently teach AP Physics and Technology & Engineering Classes. I work as an an inspector during the summer and breaks. Our inspectors bring backgrounds as educators to the table, breaking down the complexities of a home so you understand what's there and what it means. Our mission is to provide you with precise, calm, and helpful information, enabling you to move forward confidently without worry.
